Welcome to the City of Port Moody Bid Opportunities Website

This site allows Bidders to create a Bidding System Vendor account. Bidders select commodity codes for goods and services and the Bidding System will notify the Vendor by email of Bid opportunities matching their commodity code selection.

Competitive bid documents, addenda and award information is posted on this website.  

The City of Port moody does not charge any document, project or administrative fees to Bidders. In order to submit a bid, Bidders are required to create a Bidding System Vendor Account but are not required to pay an annual subscription fee in order to submit a bid.

Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring their Vendor account information is accurate and kept current.

Notice of Participation with Buying Groups

For public notice, as required by the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), The City of Port Moody intends to participate in one or more procurements conducted by the following cooperative buying groups:

• Lower Mainland Purchasing Group (LMPG) (formerly known as Vancouver Regional Cooperative Purchasing Group (VRCPG))
• Corporate Supply Agreements (CSA)
• Canoe Procurement of Canada
• Sourcewell
