The City of Port Moody is seeking proposals for Direct Digital Control (“DDC”) upgrade works required at multiple facilities located within the City, as well as ongoing maintenance and servicing on-call, as-required. The Contractor shall supply and install/upgrade, Direct Digital Control (DDC) Building Automation System (BAS) as required to accomplish the sequences of control for heating, ventilating, air-conditioning and other building-level equipment and systems as described herein. |
