The City of Port Moody is seeking information and qualifications from experienced vendors for their provision, configuration, and ongoing support of a learning management system to serve as a central learning and development hub for all City employees and Police employees.

To be considered, proposal submissions must meet the following minimum requirements: support for secure Single Sign-On (SSO), a cloud-based web solution with data residency in Canada, compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and FIPPA, and the ability to provide both WorkSafeBC-compliant out-of-the-box training and custom course development in collaboration with the City.
