The City of Port Moody (City) wishes to retain a qualified Consultant to assess, review and develop detailed design drawings including tender documents for the replacement of aging watermain infrastructure and rehabilitation of some sanitary sewer mains in the western areas of the City.

The project will also entail facilitating the temporarily secondment of a City project engineer to gain design experience with the successful proponent.  The secondee will officially be an employee of the City for the duration of the project and the City will cover salary and benefits during the secondment period
