The City of Port Moody (City) is seeking to retain a qualified Consultant to assess and prepare detailed design drawings including tender documents and contract documents as well as contract administration services including construction inspection for:

1.  The replacement of existing twin gravity and low pressure siphon sanitary sewer mains; and

2.  The replacement and re-alignment of an existing, high-use, paved bike and pedestrian trail  

The project will be located within an Environmentally Sensitive Area (ESA) and passes through known archaeologically sensitive areas and as such will require a highly collaborative approach with City staff, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders to develop design concepts that will minimize impacts.
