The objective of this assignment is to update the City’s Master Transportation Plan that was endorsed by Council March 2017. This update will guide transportation policy and infrastructure investments for most of the coming decade and will need to position the City to successfully meet its 2030 transportation GHG emission reduction targets as set out in the Climate Action Plan (CAP).
