The City of Port Moody (the “City”) is seeking a Prime Consultant Team (the “Consultant”) with the capability, capacity and experience to deliver detail design and construction administration services for Old Orchard Park.

As per RFP25-08 - Terms & Conditions, Section 3.5 - Rights Reserved by City, after completing the evaluation for RFP25-08 - Old Orchard Park Detailed Design, unfortunately the City has elected to terminate this RFP due to the project being substantially over budget.
