The City of Port Moody is seeking a qualified third-party to provide consulting services to:

1. Conduct a Process Improvement exercise on the existing full development cycle, including improving internal procedures and communication across all relevant departments and roles.
2. Optimize existing information technology (Tempest), and identify additional capabilities to improve processes, data collection, and data management across all relevant departments.
3. Define and reaffirm development process roles and responsibilities to improve accountability and reduce process inefficiencies.
4. Implement process changes and support staff transition to new processes.
5. Measure results of changes and provide a report outlining new performance measures.
