The City of Port Moody is seeking the services of a qualified HVAC services Contractor to develop and implement a planned (preventive) maintenance program to effectively maintain all aspects of HVAC systems in City owned facilities. The Contractor will also be required to respond and perform normal on-call repairs and emergency repair service calls.
